Paradise ParksAquatic Park Paul Byrne Aquatic Park. Has a public pool open Memorial Day thru August, the Rotary Grove picnic area which can accommodate 150 people, children's playground area, and a beautiful duck pond, stocked with fish. Fishing is allowed for kid's. 660 foot path around the pond. Located at Recreation Drive and Buschmann Road. Information (530) 872-6386 Bille Park 501 Bille Road, Open 7:00 am to dusk. Hiking trail along the south rim of Butte Canyon. Parking area, children's playground, large grassy area, barbecues and picnic tables for groups or individual use. Coutolenc Park covers 340 acres of unimproved land. The park is located approximately 2 miles on Coutolenc Road, off Skyway at the signal light in Magalia. Features hiking trails going down the canyon near the West Branch of the Feather River. Clotidle Merlo Park in Stirling City. Take the first right off Skyway, then about 1/4 mile to the park. The beauty of this private 20 acre park is amazing. It was dedicated by Harry A. Merlo in memory of his mother. The park features 3 large ponds, individual and group picnic areas, restrooms, horseshoe pits, a bocce court, nature trails, and a beautiful outdoor wedding chapel area. Reserve the park! (530) 873-1658 Terry Ashe Recreation Center & Park, location of the Paradise Recreation & Park District, Two acres with recreation center, playground, tiny tot play area, basketball court, horseshoes, shuffleboard, and picnic area. Paradise Recreation District Park,on Moore Road, off Forest Service Road and Clark Road, offers two ball parks and a riding arena. Paradise Memorial Park, a tree covered picnic area with barbecue pits and tables for special events. The park can accommodate 150. Reservations required. Crain Memorial Park, located near Concow Lake has a ball park and picnic facilities. Campgrounds
Campgrounds and Camping Sites are located around the Upper Ridge area, especially at Butte Meadows, Philbrook Lake and Snag Lake areas. These are seasonal facilities open during the summer months only. For information on campgrounds in the Butte Meadows area, Most are open May through October. Call (530) 258-2141 Philbrook Lake, a PG&E recreation area, has camping and fishing facilities. Sky High mountain. Over 320 acres of wildnerness. Call leave message for more information. (530) 873-3879 Lime Saddle Marina an extension of Lake Oroville, on Pentz Road. Ski boats, patio boats, and houseboats. It is operated by a private concessionaire. Lake Oroville is a State Recreation Area, therefore all State of California parking and launching fees apply. With some 160 miles of shoreline you'll find hiking trails, campsites (boat-in), swimming holes, and more. Philbrook roads. Has 10 tent/rv sites.
Soda Springs, 15 miles NE of Forest Ranch on SR-32. Has 10 tent/rv
sites.
West Branch, 12 miles N of Stirling City off Skyway, Humbug, and
Philbrook roads. Fee, 8 designated tent, 7 tent/rv sites.

Inskip Pioneer Cemetery, tough one to find.
Centerville Cemetery, located in Butte Creek Canyon in Centerville.
Clear Creek Cemetery, south of Paradise off Clark Road.
